The packaging of your doll

All our packages are protected and padded to avoid any inconvenience or transport issues. The parcel has no description or indications of the product inside which keeps your purchase discreet, privacy matters.

Shipment :

We use DHL, FedEx and USPS to ship your real sex doll, once your product is shipped, we will provide you a tracking code which will allow you to follow exactly your order, you will get your parcel in an average of 10 days, all our packages are discreet and required a signature for delivery. We can also deliver your sex doll in a DHL, USPS and FedEx service point, for that, please let us know the wanted service point place and we will ship your parcel there.

You will receive via email, your tracking code which will allow you to check the location in real time of your sex doll. Mostly your order will be delivered in 5-10 business days in a neutral and discreet package.
It is a possibility that in some countries just, like, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South America import taxes might be required at delivery, the probability is about 5% for the inicated country, most of the time the tax amount is $50-$200. Even If we have nothing to do with it we will refund you up to $150.

If you have taxes, please let us know via email, your order number, tracking code, the amount and the proof of taxes, the refund will be proceed via PayPal in a delay of 10 days.

Normally you don’t have to deal with customs, but if it’s the case, we can advise you, if they ask you for a proof of payment, you can forward them your payment invoice. Please kindly note that we are not allowed to ship to African/Islamic countries, contact us if you want more information.

 

Order Reception :

If at reception you realize that the details or the final product are not the same as ordered in the first place, let us know in a maximum delay of 48H, in this case please send us a photo via email.
If the product has been damaged during the shipment you will need to open a reclamation case with the carrier company.
We take our responsibilities, if the problem come from us, we will handle it.

The sale is final, your Pimp My Dolls Sex Doll can not be cancelled or refund for any reason, if you need to return us the product for any exceptional reasons accepted by us, you will need to pay for the shipping charges.
